Customs and Border Protection expects no impact on Global Entry kiosks or ESTA databases, which key off the ICAO identifier. However, TSA says signage updates in security halls may take several weeks; travellers with tight connections should follow electronic gate displays rather than way-finding placards until the switchover is complete. The airport authority is installing dual-language digital signs to mitigate confusion among international passengers transiting through the busy Caribbean charter corridor. The rebranding—approved by Palm Beach County commissioners in May—aims to capitalise on the former president’s hometown cachet and projected surge in 2026 election-cycle travel.
